Once your purchase is confirmed, a member of the Premium Sales & Service Team will provide details on digital ticket delivery. Tickets are typically issued in advance of your event.

All suite tickets and parking passes are delivered digitally and can be accessed via your Ticketmaster Account Manager or mobile app. Tickets can be scanned for entry and easily transferred to guests.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). ACH or wire transfers may also be available upon request.

Yes, full payment is required to secure your tickets.

Purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final.

After booking, the Premium Sales & Service Team will provide catering menus and ordering details. Pre-orders are typically due several business days before your event. Additional items may be available during the event.

Catering is optional, with no minimum spend. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Some suites allow additional SRO tickets. Please check your specific listing or contact us to confirm availability.

Children under two (2) years old do not require a ticket if seated on an adult’s lap. Children two (2) and older require a ticket.

Parking is limited. Guests are encouraged to use public transportation or rideshare services. Nearby parking options are available in surrounding garages and lots.

Guests with suite or premium hospitality club access are invited to use the Qatar Airways VIP Entrance at Barclays Center for faster and more convenient entry. This entrance is located at the Northwest corner of the arena on Atlantic Avenue.

Depending on the event, Barclays Center will open its doors at different times. Please refer to the Barclays Center website for this information for your specific event.

For guests enjoying the game from a suite, food and beverage service is available throughout the game, and may be ordered through your dedicated suite attendance. For guests enjoying the game from a premium hospitality club, food and non-alcoholic beverages are included in your ticket and alcoholic beverages may be purchased at the private bar located in the club.
